TERMS OF SERVICE

Rules and conditions for using FlareStore

LAST UPDATED: FEBRUARY 12, 2026

By placing an order through Flarestore (https://flarestore.vip), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

Section 1

Definitions

"Flarestore," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the Flarestore website, platform and operating entity, based in Wales, United Kingdom.

"You," "your," or "user" refers to any visitor, customer, member or user of Flarestore.

"Order" refers to any completed transaction in which payment has been successfully processed and received by Flarestore.

"Service" refers to all services provided by Flarestore, including but not limited to membership in the Flarestore development team, device registration, access to tools (Web Signer, Certificate Checker, UDID Grabber), software distribution, customer support and any other features or functionality made available through the Flarestore platform.

"Membership" refers to your enrolment in the Flarestore development team at the tier selected at the time of purchase.

"Membership Tier" refers to the specific level of membership selected by you (Basic, Standard, Pro or Premium), each of which carries different features, support levels and pricing as described on the Flarestore website at the time of purchase.

Section 2

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Flarestore. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Service on your behalf.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Section 3

Membership & Orders

By completing a purchase, you agree to become a member of the Flarestore development team at the tier you have selected. Device registration is provided as a complimentary benefit of this membership. Flarestore reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership at any time, with or without notice.

You acknowledge that you are not purchasing a standalone UDID registration, device entitlement or guaranteed access to any specific applications. Payments made to Flarestore cover the time, labour and operational resources required to onboard you into our development team and to provide related services and support.

An Order is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed and received by Flarestore. All prices are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Section 4

Service Tiers

Flarestore offers multiple membership tiers, each with different features, support levels and pricing. At the time of writing, these tiers are:

  • Basic — $3 (one-time)
  • Standard — $9 (one-time)
  • Pro — $12 (one-time)
  • Premium — $15 (one-time)

The specific features included in each tier are described on the Flarestore website at the time of purchase. You are responsible for reviewing the features of your selected tier before completing your order.

Flarestore reserves the right to modify, add or remove features from any tier at any time. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes to tier features. However, certain features — including but not limited to JIT support, PPQLess signing and other functionality that depends on Apple's developer platform or third-party infrastructure — are inherently subject to change based on factors outside Flarestore's control. No guarantee is made that any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.

Section 5

Device Registration & Support

Flarestore provides support solely for issues directly related to device registration and for applications developed and distributed by Flarestore.

We are under no obligation to provide assistance for third-party applications, including software obtained from external sources. This includes modified, redistributed or otherwise unauthorised content. Flarestore is not responsible for software installation, configuration, compatibility issues or any damages resulting from third-party applications.

Support availability and response times may vary by membership tier. The scope and channels of support available to you are described on the Flarestore website at the time of purchase.

Section 6

Refund Policy

Refunds are never issued once a device UDID has been submitted for registration. Due to Apple platform restrictions, submitted registrations are permanent and cannot be reversed.

If a UDID has not yet been submitted and you have not made use of the Service or received any associated benefits, a refund may be granted at Flarestore's sole discretion.

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate termination of access to all Flarestore services. Flarestore reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including recovery of costs and damages, in cases of payment fraud.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including any rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Section 7

Software Access

Flarestore may provide access to applications and software developed by Flarestore, as well as software created and maintained by third parties. All software is provided "as is," without guarantees of functionality, performance or compatibility.

Flarestore assumes no responsibility for bugs, errors, data loss or other issues arising from the use of any software, whether first-party or third-party. We reserve the right to add, remove or restrict access to any software at any time and for any reason.

Repeated use of unauthorised software or misuse of the Service may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

Section 8

Acceptable Use Policy

By using the Service, you agree not to:

  1. Redistribute certificates or credentials. You must not share, sell, lease, sublicense or otherwise distribute any certificates, profiles, signing credentials or access credentials provided to you through Flarestore to any third party.
  2. Share accounts. Your Flarestore membership and any associated accounts are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials, membership access or any associated benefits with others.
  3. Reverse engineer or tamper. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying architecture of any Flarestore tools, software or systems. You must not attempt to bypass, circumvent or disable any security features, access restrictions or usage limitations of the Service.
  4. Use the Service for illegal purposes. You must not use the Service in connection with any activity that violates applicable local, national or international law, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement, fraud or the distribution of malicious software.
  5. Harass staff or community members. You must not engage in harassment, threats, abuse, hate speech or any other behaviour that is harmful or disruptive to Flarestore staff, other members or the Flarestore community (including on Discord, X, Reddit or any other platform).
  6. Engage in automated access. You must not use bots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated tools to access, monitor or interact with the Service without Flarestore's prior written consent.
  7. Misrepresent your identity. You must not impersonate Flarestore, its staff or any other person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with Flarestore.
  8. Abuse the Service. You must not engage in any conduct that, in Flarestore's sole judgement, places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure, disrupts the experience of other users or otherwise constitutes abuse of the platform.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to the Service, at Flarestore's sole discretion, without refund.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, trademarks, trade names, tools (including Web Signer, Certificate Checker and UDID Grabber), software, documentation and any other materials made available through the Flarestore platform are the intellectual property of Flarestore or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By using the Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service and any associated tools and software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Flarestore intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Section 10

Third-Party Services

Flarestore relies on third-party services to deliver certain aspects of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Apple's Developer Platform for device registration and certificate signing
  • Discord, X (Twitter) and Reddit for community and communication

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Flarestore is not responsible for the availability, performance, policies or actions of any third-party service.

In particular, you acknowledge that the Service is substantially dependent on Apple's developer platform and policies. Changes to Apple's terms, policies, infrastructure or enforcement practices may affect the availability or functionality of the Service. Flarestore is not liable for any disruption, limitation or loss arising from such changes.

Section 11

Service Availability & Modifications

Flarestore may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, updates or changes.

While we endeavour to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, platform updates and external factors (including third-party service outages) may affect availability.

Section 12

Privacy

Flarestore collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

The types of data we may collect include, but are not limited to, device UDIDs, email addresses, payment information (processed by Stripe) and usage data. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, used, stored and protected.

Section 13

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. Flarestore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether Flarestore has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  2. Flarestore shall not be liable for any damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any changes, suspension or discontinuation of the Service; (c) unauthorised access to or alteration of your data; (d) the actions or omissions of any third party in connection with the Service; or (e) any other matter relating to the Service.
Section 14

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Flarestore, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  1. Your use of the Service;
  2. Your violation of these Terms of Service;
  3. Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  4. Your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any third party;
  5. Any content you submit, post or transmit through the Service; or
  6. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your membership and these Terms of Service.

Section 15

Termination

Flarestore reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Violations of these Terms of Service
  • Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Abuse of the platform or its resources
  • Illegal or unauthorised activity
  • Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks
  • Any conduct that Flarestore reasonably believes is harmful to the Service, its users or its reputation

Upon termination, your licence to use the Service and any associated tools or software is immediately revoked. Flarestore is under no obligation to provide a refund upon termination, except as required by applicable law.

Sections of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect, including but not limited to: Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law & Jurisdiction and any accrued payment obligations.

Section 16

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or concern regarding the Service, we encourage you to contact Flarestore support first at the email address provided in Section 20. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally and promptly.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where permitted by law.

Section 17

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Section 18

General Provisions

Severability — If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these terms. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Entire Agreement — These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines published on the Flarestore website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flarestore with respect to your use of the Service. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Flarestore regarding the Service.

Waiver — The failure of Flarestore to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service shall be effective only if in writing and signed by Flarestore.

Assignment — You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without Flarestore's prior written consent. Flarestore may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms of Service without restriction.

Section 19

Modification of Terms

Flarestore reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of the Service after the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Service.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, Flarestore will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email, site notice or other appropriate means. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically.
