Apple TV app installation is supported from iOS, iPadOS, and visionOS (beta). macOS does not currently support installing apps to Apple TV.
About PPQLESS: Both the Pro and Premium plans use PPQLess signing, which doesn't send detailed tracking information to Apple about what apps you are installing or opening. JIT does not support PPQLess. The Premium plan includes a PPQ JIT certificate.
